Sweeps, Exports, AI Insights, and more
Account sweep improvements
Set precisely when and what sweeps should evaluate — by time, timezone, and calendar rules.
Time controls: Choose an exact time or a time range in which you want sweep to actively evaluate rules.
Frequency & day selection: Run sweep evaluation every 15/30/60 minutes, daily, weekly, or monthly. If weekly or monthly is selected, choose the specific day to evaluate.
Timezone: Define the timezone used when Atlar checks the target account balance.
Calendar rules: Select allowed days of week and allowed days of month.
- Note: these rules are evaluated together — e.g., if you choose Monday and 1st, only Mondays that fall on the 1st will run.
Max sweeps per day: Cap how many times the sweep can execute per day.
Booked or available balance: Determine whether the sweep should evaluate booked balance or available balance.
AI Insights
The AI Agent now reaches deeper into your data and can answer context specific questions.
AI insights on widgets
Ask the AI to explain what drives any chart, pie, or table. It can break down segments, reconcile totals, and surface the underlying items contributing to a view.
AI insights on details pages
On any transactions, credit transfers, and direct debits details page, press the AI icon to ask questions about the data in-context and drill down further.
Cash flow structure
Build a structure that mirrors your reporting. Create more than just inflow/outflow groups — you can now define your own custom groups. Today, 8 total groups are supported.
Multi-account & multi-entity uploads
Upload forecasts for multiple accounts and entities in a single import to avoid multiple forecast uploads per account or entity:
Exports Upgrade
Export any dataset to Excel (XLSX) or CSV. Exports now mirror the columns you currently have visible and you are also able to select more datapoints than ever before — what you see is what you get. Files adapt to your locale’s Excel format (e.g., separators and date formats).
Other improvements
-
Added filtering in the historical transactions drawer within forecasts, making it faster to isolate the entries you care about.
-
All destination and source account details shown in the credit transfer and direct debit details view.
-
You can now toggle on the percentage difference between forecasted category totals and forecasted transactions (top-down estimates vs bottom-up) in the cash flow forecast to dissect how much of what you forecasted is being filled up by the line-items.
