Getting started with Atlar

Atlar’s documentation is here to guide you through setup and day-to-day use of the platform — from key concepts to step-by-step instructions for configuration and getting the most out of Atlar.

If you’re looking to work directly with our API, technical documentation is available in our API Reference.

Below is a brief overview of the implementation process. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to get in touch.

1. Kick-off call

We’ll schedule a kick-off call to align on scope, requirements, and expectations. This includes setting up your organization — the Atlar environment that connects to your third parties, such as banking partners, other financial providers, and your enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.

2. Onboarding third parties

Once your organization is in place, we’ll begin onboarding your third parties. Atlar coordinates the technical setup with each third party, so you don’t have to manage the connection details yourself.

3. Implementation

With your third-party connections lined up, we’ll move into the main implementation phase. Atlar leads this from start to finish, including building and testing integrations with each third party. If you're connecting your ERP system, we’ll support that setup as well to ensure a smooth data flow across systems.

4. Final setup and testing

Once the integrations are complete, we’ll carry out final testing and complete your setup to ensure that everything works as expected. At this stage, we typically:

  • Customize roles, entities, accounts, approval chains, and login preferences such as single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
  • Ensure all third-party accounts are visible and connected as expected
  • Support you in setting up and customizing your forecasts
  • Verify that payments work correctly through penny testing
  • Confirm ERP integration with statement delivery and test payments

5. Rollout and go-live

We’ll help roll out Atlar across your team — including onboarding users and running internal demos, if needed. Once you’re fully up and running, we’ll wrap up the project and transition into ongoing support.
