Atlar's AI Agent

The Atlar AI Agent combines analytical and product expertise. It can explore your data to uncover insights or answer questions about Atlar’s features, workflows, and best practices.

AI Insights

Ask the AI agent to analyze your balances and cash flows to surface trends, anomalies and patterns. It understands how your account balances and transactions connect, showing not just what changed but why.

Ask questions like:

  • Tell me how my balances developed over the past nine months
  • Create a cash flow bridge from May to October
  • Why are my outflows higher this month than last?

This release focuses on balances and cash flows — the first datasets available to the AI Agent. Over time, it will expand to cover more areas of your financial operations, forming the foundation for an autonomous agent that can act on insights, not just describe them.

AI Product expertise

You can also ask questions about how Atlar works, where to find things, and best practices in treasury and setup. The agent draws from Atlar’s full knowledge base to give clear, actionable answers.

Two final, security/compliance notes:

  1. We do not use any of your data to train the model. The AI Agent is retrieving data with the same role, at the time of the prompt from the user, as the user's own role. Therefore, it is not possible to get more data out of the AI Agent than what one would have access to otherwise.
  2. The AI model (the LLM) runs entirely on AWS in Europe. Our data processing agreement and third-party policies remain unchanged. No data leaves AWS — just like before.

Forecast v2 API

The new Forecast API introduces a more robust and scalable backend foundation.

While the user interface remains unchanged, the new structure significantly improves performance, data consistency, and development velocity. This update sets the stage for faster iteration and future forecasting features built on a more reliable API architecture.

Cash flow structure

Customize your forecasts by creating your own inflow and outflow groups.

You can now define up to four inflow and four outflow groups to mirror your reporting structure. Groups can be freely reordered and include any data points you choose. These groupings are reflected in your cash flow charts, making it easier to visualize how each segment contributes to the overall forecast.

Future performance enhancements will expand these limits and make grouping even more flexible.

Account end-of-day reporting

The new End-of-Day (EOD) Account Reporting Summaries API (GET /financial-data/v2beta/[id]/end-of-day-summaries) lists daily summaries for each booked date, derived from end-of-day reporting data such as camt.053, MT940, or equivalent formats. You can read about it here and check out our API documentation for details.

Business Central

  • In Bank Account Reconciliation Statements include Counter Party name on Bank Statement Lines.
  • Quick filter for EXECUTED payments in Payment Journal.
  • Handle multiple companies through one connection

SAP

  • Possibility to filter Account Configurations under a SAP connection.

Account events via webhooks

Added support for receiving Account resource events via webhooks. You can use this to subscribe to events when accounts are created, updated or deleted. The Atlar API resource name to use is accounts. For more details see our Webhook API docs

NetSuite AP/AR payments update forecasted transactions

Forecasted transactions can be generated from AP and ARs in NetSuite but before this update, payments that were made early through NetSuite didn't adjust the forecasted transactions. Now, payments made through an exhaustive list of methods in NetSuite now update the forecasted transaction so that the forecast reflects reality.

  • For example, if we have a forecasted transaction generated from NetSuite with an amount of €100 and a due date of 30th of August and a partial payment is made on the 28th of August of €50, the forecasted transaction on the 30th of August will be adjusted to €50 and the transaction that took place will be logged on the 28th of August.

Metadata keys on accounts

Added support for creating, viewing, and updating metadata keys on accounts. This is useful for attaching extra information—such as region or description—directly to accounts.

  • Create or update a key by navigating to: Settings → Metadata Keys → Create New → Account → Edit → Add Metadata Key → Add Value.

Drag and drop columns in raw data sets in the view builder

Added support for dragging and dropping columns to reorder them in the view builder. This is useful when you quickly want to re-order columns as well as when you are exporting data to make sure you get it in the desired structure.

Counterparty names in Bank Account Reconciliation

Transactions sent to Business Central’s Bank Account Reconciliation module now include the counterparty name. This makes it easier to identify and match transactions during reconciliation.

Forecast UI improvements:

  • Bulk delete forecasted transactions
    • Quickly remove forecasted transactions that were uploaded by mistake or during testing.
  • Total balance in the drawer:
    • New total field in the drawer so you can easily see what the forecasted transactions or forecast uploads add up to.
  • Forecasted transactions and forecasted totals separation:
    • There is now a clear separation between what are forecasted transactions and forecast totals made through forecast uploads. The distinction is important when you forecast a category total for a specific period and simultaneously have individual forecasted transactions coming in from the ERP or via forecasted transaction batch uploads.
  • Filter sets in forecast
    • Save your favorite filters and re-use them in the forecast page to quickly get to the data that you are most interested in.
  • New loading state when you create a transaction
    • When you add a new forecasted transaction, you can now clearly see a new loading state shows what’s recalculating.
  • Create forecasted transaction on entity and account
    • Create forecasted transactions and upload forecasts on both the entity and account level.
  • Expand/collapse all groups toggle
    • Enables you to easily expand and collapse all groups in the forecast
  • Base scenario protection
    • The base scenario in Cash Flow Forecasts can no longer be deleted, preventing accidental data loss.
  • Plus 20+ other minor fixes and improvements.

Other improvements

  • Fixed layout issues in entities structure tab for long names and deep orgs.
  • Instruction management — Added ability to authorize or cancel pending instructions directly from the dashboard:
    • Two additional table actions in the connection instructions table (approve or reject)
    • Actions are only visible if the instruction (row) has said actions: authorize or cancel
  • UI/UX tweaks — Better dropdown/popup styling, improved layout handling for complex org structures.
  • Many improvements to bank connectivity with new schemes, corrected description fields, and richer transaction data

Investment Management

Atlar now connects directly to your investment portfolios, starting with J.P. Morgan Morgan Money, Goldman Sachs Mosaic, and TreasurySpring—giving you real-time visibility of your holdings right alongside your cash positions. Use the investment dataset to build dashboards, or combine it with your balances data for a comprehensive liquidity overview. This is our first step in giving you complete visibility into your investments.

  • View current balances, maturities, and interest rates without leaving Atlar.
  • Track investments in real time alongside cash positions.
  • Three integrations live today, with more on the way.

Additional Improvements

Forecast Uploads

Beyond syncing your APs and ARs from your ERP and creating individual forecasted transactions, you can now upload forecasts based on category totals and dates without needing to add the underlying transactions.

  • Upload category-level forecasts quickly and efficiently.
  • Save uploads as drafts for review or update the forecast directly.
  • When updating, Atlar automatically applies category adjustments and logs diffs between old and new values for the chosen categories.

This makes it easier to manage top-down forecasts, streamline adjustments, and keep your liquidity planning up to date.

Value date

You can now view the value date for your transactions — giving you a clearer view of when funds actually move, rather than just when they are recorded.

  • Plan liquidity, align reporting, and manage settlements with greater precision.
  • Works for both incoming and outgoing flows, so you can see exactly when liquidity changes hands.
  • Available for transactions dated Monday, 2025-06-09 or later.

Batch Payment Approvals

You can now approve or reject entire batches in one go – with the flexibility to exclude specific items as needed.

  • Removed batch treatment type selection for a simpler flow.
  • Approve/reject both full batches and individual payments from the same interface.
  • Clearer batch statuses ("Successfully parsed").
  • Improved tab names in batch details for easier navigation.

Users can now be assigned multiple roles, allowing them to choose the most suitable role when logging in.

When logging in, select which role to use

When logging in, choose the role you want to use

For example, the owner role is highly privileged but often unnecessary for day-to-day tasks in the Atlar dashboard. By adding a secondary role, you can streamline your workflow by selecting the role that best fits your needs.
