Four-Eyes Approvals

Streamline your internal processes and enhance oversight with four-eye approval. This feature allows two authorized individuals to review and approve certain actions, adding an extra level of security and reducing the risk of errors. link

Theming

Customize the appearance of the platform to align with your organization's branding and visual identity. You can assign specific colors to key data points across your dashboard to enhance visibility and ensure your data is presented exactly as you need it.

• Entities: Assign unique colors to different entities for clearer distinction and organization.
• Third-parties: Easily differentiate between third-party data by customizing their color coding.
• Currencies: Set distinct colors for different currencies to improve tracking and analysis.

Change requests

When the Four-eyes approvals feature is enabled in the Atlar dashboard, any change to sensitive organizational settings will require four-eyes approvals. When a user for example creates a new role, invites new user(s) or modifies payment approval chain(s), a change request will be created before any changes are implemented. The change, as such, does not have an immediate effect. Another user needs to approve the change request for it to have effect. link
