Dashboard
How to create, customize, and manage dashboards in Atlar.
Dashboards help you visualize your financial data in one place. They are fully customizable, combining charts and tables into a single view. The Dashboard
tab is the first page you’ll see when logging into the Atlar platform. By default, Atlar provides an initial dashboard — but you can create and customize as many as you need.
You might choose to build dashboards tailored to specific teams, stakeholders, account types, or cash positions — the choice is yours.
How dashboards work
Dashboards are made up of widgets that display data from saved views:
- Widgets are small, drag-and-drop components that show financial metrics, tables, or charts based on a view.
- Views are customizable queries that let you explore and visualize any financial dataset in Atlar, similar to working with a spreadsheet.
If you're not yet familiar with views, head over to the View Builder section to learn more.
Once you’ve created the views you want to monitor, you can build a dashboard from scratch or update an existing one using widgets that surface these views.

Customization
Theming and color options
Dashboards can be styled to match your internal needs. Customize chart colors to reflect your brand, team preferences, or reporting structure. You can also assign specific colors to entities, currencies, or banking partners for easy visual consistency.
Admins can configure theming during onboarding and restrict access to these settings, helping ensure a standardized visual language across the team. Learn more in the theming section.
Layout and widget resizing
You can resize and rearrange widgets freely to focus on the most important data. Whether you want a full-width cash overview or a compact widget showing upcoming payments, dashboards are flexible enough to support your priorities.
With customizable layouts, you can surface real-time balances, payment statuses, and key financial insights — all in one unified view across your banking partners and ERP systems.
