Connection instruction

A connection instruction contains details of instruction pushed to the bank. For example when pushing payment instructions to the bank to perform client initiated payments.

In Atlar you can view connection instructions in three different locations:

• All connection instructions
  • Settings → Connection Instructions
  • This view provides you with an overview of all connections instructions relating to your organization, regardless of the third-party. From here you can filter on specific dates.
• Third-party instructions
  • Settings → Third-party connections → Double click on the third-party and go to the Instructions tab
  • This view provides you with an overview of all connection instructions relating to a specific third-party
• Specific payment related instruction
  • Payments → Credit transfers or Direct debits → Double-click on a payment and go to the tab connection instruction
  • This view provides you with an overview of the instruction details and as such, which instruction it belongs to.

If you double-click on an instruction you can access the full details such as the instruction ID, reference, total sum of the instruction and much more
