How to create a category

  1. Navigate to the Atlar dashboard → SettingsCash flow Setup
  2. Click on Add category in the top right corner to create a new category
  3. Give the category a name that is easy for you to identify, such as Revenue, Salary or other

Once the categories are created you can assign the category to an inflow, outflow or both by following the below steps:

  1. Navigate to the Cash flow structure tab

Once you have created one or more categories, you can use them when setting up Categorization rules, that automatically assign the correct category to new transactions and new forecasted transactions.
