Transferring ownership

By default, the owner has full access to all functionalities in the Atlar platform. This account is responsible for setting up approval chains, managing users, and assigning roles.

Ownership can be transferred to another user if needed. To do so:

1. Navigate to User Management > Users in the Atlar dashboard.
2. Double-click the user you want to make the new owner.
3. In the top-right corner, click Actions > Edit.
4. Change the user’s role to Owner, then click Save.

After the transfer, the previous owner can be assigned a different role if necessary.
