Resetting your Atlar password

Reset your password

If you’ve forgotten your password or need to reset it, you can do so directly from the Atlar login screen.

If you use Single Sign-On (SSO) to log in to Atlar, you do not need to reset or manage your password in Atlar.
Password changes are handled entirely by your SSO provider.

If you need assistance with your SSO password, please contact your local system administrator.

Step 1: Log out of the Atlar Dashboard

If you’re currently logged in:

  1. Open the Atlar Dashboard
  2. Click your organization name in the bottom-left corner
  3. Select Log Out

Step 2: Request a password reset

Once you’re on the login screen:

  1. Enter your email address
  2. Click Forgot password
  3. Select Send reset password link
  4. Check your inbox and follow the instructions in the email to set a new password

If you don’t see the reset email, check your spam or junk folder before requesting another link.

Manage multi-factor authentication (MFA)

You can add, amend, or delete multi-factor authentication methods directly from the dashboard.

Access MFA settings

  1. Open the Atlar Dashboard
  2. Click your organization name in the bottom-left corner
  3. Select Multi-factor authentication (MFA)

Update your MFA

  1. Click Add Multi-factor authentication
  2. You’ll be prompted to log in again for security purposes
  3. After re-authentication, you can:
    • Add a new MFA method
    • Amend an existing MFA method
    • Delete an MFA method

We strongly recommend keeping at least one MFA method enabled to ensure your account remains secure.
